Brandenberg Shorl (Black Tourmaline)

Brandenberg Black Tourmaline comes from the Brandberg region of northwestern Namibia, an area known for its mineral-rich granitic formations. The tourmaline, typically the black variety schorl, formed in association with pegmatites and hydrothermal fluids as granite crystallized and altered. The region’s geological activity created pockets rich in quartz, feldspar, and tourmaline, making Namibian specimens especially interesting to mineral collectors.

Black Tourmaline is a stone of protection, grounding, and energetic cleansing. It helps create a sense of stability, shields against unwanted energy, and encourages a calm, centered state of mind. It supports healthy boundaries and emotional resilience.
