Shipping Times:

Orders will take around 2-7 business days to pack and send out excluding holidays and weekends. Requests to have your order filmed may take up to 10 business days to be shipped out.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.

International Shipping:

We are not currently taking international orders

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your item must be undamaged to be eligible for a return and refund.

Return fees and handling are taken care of by the customer, only returned items will recieve a refund.

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide photos of your damaged items.

No. Our products on our website are not available in our store location and cannot be purchased for pick up.

Rare Earth is a brick and mortar in Durham, NC that has been a part of the local community for over 20 years. Starting as a bead shop we've evolved into a crystal haven as well! Our small family business is now run by the previous owners son and his wife: Jacob & Gabby.

We're striving to build Rare Earth into a place people can connect with even outside of our little shop. With the support of every one of our customers and followers online, we believe we can continue spreading the magic.

This is my third class with Amy amd she is an awesome teacher! Leaving the class with a finished project is great and there are so many beads and findings to choose from included in the class. Highly recommend!
