Conditions for Crystal/Specimen/Jewelry Returns:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Product Condition: The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refund:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund for only the returned item will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Conditions for Class and Event Ticket Returns:

All purchased events and/or classes are non-refundable unless we are notified within a 24-hour time period before the class/event is scheduled. Please contact us at rareearthgemsandminerals@gmail.com as soon as possible if you are needing to reschedule.
